Where on Runescape do most random events take place?

I want to do random events because I get bored and the ranom events give good rewards sometimes. If anyone knows where the most frequent reoccurences are I'd like to know.

Random events, being random, are meant to happen at the same speed no matter what. Of course, they're used to be anti-bot measures, so you should try training one skill constantly without interrupting yourself. I don't know whether this will work or not, but it's probably the best way to be sure it happens.

One of the best ways to get random events is alching, because it's a repetitive skilling action which is also quick, other good ways are cooking and fletching
try incraseing one type of skill
just do something where you have to do a lot of clicking, random events happen most often when you are actively doing something

try just training combat against some relatively weak enemies like guards, hill giants, or dark wizards. burying the bones after will help to make random events happen more often, and some events only happen when you bury bones
